Elm 1 have been partaking in Children’s Mental Health Week – one of the activities they have enjoyed is exploring the zones of regulation through the story The Colour Monster.
The children used coloured blocks or coloured paper to separate into the monster bags – they later joined in a discussion about different feelings they may have and how to ask for help during times of need.
