On Tuesday 2nd August Louise and Kathryn were invited to Elsmere Golf Club as the guests of the Ex Captain, George. George, is the Grandad of Ashton, a pupil from our school. The family are really pleased with the progress Ashton has made since starting at Rowan Tree and this year chose us to be the Golf Clubs Charity of the year!
So far they have raised a massive £5000, however the fundraising continues until February when we will be invited back to the Golf Club to receive the final total!
Thank you so much to everyone who has been involved from the Golf Club and Ashton’s family, we really are so grateful! We can’t wait to welcome members into School in November for an afternoon tea to show our appreciation!
